Well, the Walls builds up towards SOMETHING at least, Let Down flows on without reaching anything climax-like and just doesn't interest me. The Walls Is much darker, creepier, gives me a feeling like someone or something is stalking me, it piques me with its imposing drums and weird backgroudn noises while Let Down just is there in its place, it does its thing and then leaves without impressing me.
