otherwise? Same goes for tattoos/piercings. Not everyone wearing something loud or extra fancy or everyone with a tattoo or piercing is guilty of this, but im sure a large percentage are.
That straight laced dude who has never been into art who suddenly gets a full tribal sleeve? The girl who has to wear super low shirts every day for boys to notice her? All the same really.
