I don't really, I try to make sure I've had food at least an hour and a half before I work out, mostly because I tend to do an 45 minutes or an hour on the elliptical and burn around 600 - 750 calories, and if I do that on an empty stomach I feel like sh
it afterwards. As for after a workout, I have been making whey protein shakes, but I've been thinking of just making my own and have been researching recipes.
