Do not get a Crosley. They require 5 grams of weight and will wear down your records. You also won't be getting sound quality, which kind of defeats the purpose of listening to vinyl in the first place.
If you're really on a budget, I'd recommend maybe a lower-end Technics or Kenwood set-up. You can probably find a few on Craig's List. But stay away from Crosley and Ion no matter what.
