I love
Big K.R.I.T. personally. I don't hold his lyrical ability in any great esteem, but he puts together some of the best Hip Hop mixtapes you are ever likely to find. I can just put them on and enjoy the ride.
In terms of trying to find some albums that you are interested in... I assume you have heard
EL-P's album by now? If not, you would probably get into that. I would also check out
Danny Brown's 2011 album
XXX or even
Kendrick Lamar's
Section.80 if you are looking for a Hip Hop album to grab your attention
