Well, I'm hesitant to do martial arts. While I have yet to develop an exercise routine, as it were, I do kill about an hour a day in the gym. Unless I start seeing my gains plateau, or if I get a lot of free time/cash, I don't really see the need. Right now I'm still getting stronger, more flexible, & more posture has improved..... so, my goals are being met, & if they start to slow I'd probably just focus on developing a proper regimen before switching to something else.
That being stated, I do like the idea of improved coordination. Hmm.
