If These Trees Could Talk are killer. I'm hesitant to call them post-rock, though, because while they certainly have the dynamics and repetition of post-rock; sonically, their music has very typical rock sounds with the heavy, palm-muted riffing and distorted, soaring leads. Although, I could see them being called post-metal, in which case their placement in a post-rock thread is just fine.
By the way, I'm not sure if you're a vinyl collector, but their latest album has been released in some damn sexy variants. I own the pink/red one.
