Samael started out as a black metal band, but this album actually was the bridge album from black metal to industrial metal, but it's best qualities are the simple, yet devastating riffs that they churn out seemingly at will. If Pantera had sounded like this, I might still give a **** about them. If you're looking for necro, seek elsewhere, but if you want one of the most monstrously awesome riffs you've ever heard in your life then this song will eat your children while you watch.
