My back is why I had to retire. I still play music, the doc believes it is therapy. Not after 2 hours of it! But I can't let the other members down. If the pain don't go away within 3-4 weeks, it is something major. Definitely see an orthopaedist. I never regretted it, but mine is too far gone for surgery. Look up Stenosis. It ain't fun. Try diseased and bulging discs on top of that. I sleep mostly in a reclining loveseat. Why? My wife just can't stand to be away from me. On the person who said Naproxen. I'm deathly allergic to it. I'm on 2 muscle relaxers and Vicodin.
