I work in a bookstore and though I do get my share of annoying, bitchy customers, my favorite moments are when people ask things such as:
"Has Mark Twain written anything new?"
"Do you have Romeo and Juliet by Charles Dickens?"
"What is Haruki Macaroni's latest book?"
"I need a knowledge book on Antarctica."
And so on.
