I'm still not entirely certain why I'm here. I mean, I did pop out for a year after my initial registration, but regardless, I think part of it is just that I like the eclecticism here. I'm definitely interested in expanding my horizons and finding new and unusual things to listen to.
Also, I noted the lack of activity in the classical section. I'm not about to claim I'm an absolute authority on classical music just because I'm an undergrad music major, but I'd love to participate in any classical-related activity. I can even engage in more in-depth theoretical analysis, considering that's my specialty.
Really, being a forum veteran, I think the social dynamic of a forum is just as important to me as the topical content, so it's nice to see that here as well.
