The other albums were cool, but in the past few weeks I've rediscovered my love for Motley Crue and this album in particular. I seriously, seriously, love this album. It's one of the few that I can just listen to all day without getting bored. It's just the perfect combo of energy, great riffs, attitude, and power pop hooks. You've got the great pop metal of "Live Wire", "Piece of Your Action", and the title track, mixed with the two best power ballads in existence, "Starry Eyes" and "On with the Show". You've got Vince Neil's vocals, which are closer to Robin Zander of Cheap Trick (which makes sense since he quit a Cheap Trick cover band to join Motley Crue) than his trademark over the top sleaze singing, which is just the perfect fit for the turbo charged power pop of this album. I'm gonna stop now, cause I could go on about the things that I love about this album. So yeah, my vote definitely goes to the Crue.
