Yes, these are similar. But Roots is certainly an exception to Sepultura's discography with Cavalera in the band and I didn't think anyone on the Banter paid attention to their post-Cavalera releases so I wasn't even considering those (the same way people usually imply pre-Black Album when talking about Metallica). Regardless, most of Soulfly's other stuff is much more nu metally than this. If you replaced Cavalera's voice in Soulfly with that of Jonathen Davis it would be Korn (can't say that about Sepultura). Sorry that I wasn't clear.
