I think Grace For Drowning just doesn't flow well and is too long. I think some of the individual tracks have a lot of merit, but its damn difficult to sit through all of it at once and the reward for doing so is minimal in comparison to other lengthy albums.
He just released a live album. Catalogue Preserve Amass or something. It sounded a lot better mixed with songs from his other album.
