My uncle has back problems, he bought a tipping table that you strap yourself in and tilt at an angle that'll releve pressure on your back joints.
But, he has a seriously bad back because his joints are real bad. If it doesn't happen to you constantly then try a pad that you put in a microwave and warns your back.
