Rather similiar to a workman I had working on my house a couple of years ago. He found some mould caused through dampness on one wall and stated that the toxins released from the mould could cause cancer, whilst saying this he was puffing away on a cigarette. The mould was easily cured with improved ventilation but he is still smoking heavily.
