I have to assume she expects anecdotes from the other perspective where we've had horrible customer service rather than being a customer service employee dealing with hellish customers.
Far less common in my experience but I'll always remember the time some co-workers and I ended up in a professional menswear store (the kind of place that's 50% suits). I happened to still be wearing jeans and a t-shirt but that didn't change the fact that I had money in my pocket and that we wanted to start looking more like pros.
