Lol, there's no such thing as grunge lifestyle.
The only reason people think that is because a lot of grunge bands were/are hardcore punk bands, like Nirvana. So naturally, a lot of their fans were wearing stuff that thrashers wear.
Punk/thrasher culture is still very much alive.
