Never said it was entertaining. It is a thought provoking film that takes a very serious, in depth look at actual events in the life of Akiyuki Nosaka, the writer of the book the movie is based on. I just find actual, real-life events more interesting/worthy than fiction. Not bashing Miyazaki, he's an absolute genius, I just think
Grave is the better movie. Not by much, mind you.
