you gotta smoke the right kind and in moderation tho, or it may make it waaaay worse.
Excercising helped me a little bit, but if it isn't something your naturally inclined to do it probably won't help that much.
Constant escapism is the best-consuming movies, music, games, books constantly.
Having people you can talk to is probably the single most important.
Pets are nice too
