Excercising helped me a little bit, but if it isn't something your naturally inclined to do it probably won't help that much.
Constant escapism is the best-consuming movies, music, games, books constantly.
Having people you can talk to is probably the single most important.
Pets are nice too

All these are good, though i think weed made me way more anxious regardless of how much I smoked. Exercise really helped me when i did it on a regular basis, but then i got lazy cause I was getting high all the time and stopped :/
I think if you can get into a solid routine, exercise is most definitely the best remedy though. And pets, cause they love you no matter what.
