I'm in the mood for fantasy that reads like the author had a really good game of DnD and wanted to write about it. You know the kind. Has no qualms about using goblins, and elves, and wizards with cheesy magic powers. A Song of Fire and Ice is great and all, but sometimes I just need something a bit more shameless and dorky. So, I'm reading The Icewind Dale trilogy by R.A. Salvatore, and I've got the first three books of the Dragonlance series for after I finish that.

If you can't deal with the fact that there are 6+ billion people in the world and none of them think exactly the same that's not my problem. Just deal with it yourself or make actual conversation. This isn't a court and I'm not some poet or prophet that needs everything I say to be analytically critiqued.
