Probably. Maybe it's only grating because Joey is my name. I'll give Desire another try and see if I just had a poor experience. Another reason why I've only listened to the second half a few times is that it's a pretty damn long album. By the time I get through the first side I usually am ready to change the record! But if the second side songs grow on me I doubt that'll be much of a problem.

I got a physical copy of New Morning today for a few bucks. Always an enjoyable album. I'm debating whether I consider Self-Portrait interesting enough to buy a copy of and I'd still like to pick up a copy of Blood on the Tracks...so much to buy.
