I'm not on a computer right now (on my phone) but I will watch that tomorrow before going to work.
And strangely, I kind of like my job, which is weird. I just applied because the pay was pretty good, and it was full time. I expected to loathe it, because I've hated call center work before. This one's not bad, though. I get solid QA scores, and I'm good at collecting money without pissing the customers off. Plus, most of the people who work here are really cool. There are the occasional *******s and ****ty people, but they don't last long.
And honestly, answering calls, taking payments, setting up payment arrangements, and restoring suspended accounts isn't bad at all.
It's not nearly as stressful as I thought, even when there are over 100 customers in queue and the calls are back to back.
I collected over $3500 today, and it was a slow day for the most part.
