Okay, I actually went through the effort to search for our Sleater-Kinney thread, because frankly I was very tired of never posting in it.
Sleater-Kinney might be one of my favorite of the 90's rock bands. They just have a sound I really dig. There might be better guitarists in other groups, but the guitar sound they get on their string of late-90's albums has always hit me perfectly. I also like the lack of a bass player, but beyond that I can't quite figure out what I love so much about them.
I have all their albums, but Hot Rock, Dig Me Out, and the Woods are my favorites. Need to listen to One Beat more to know how much I like it, and All Hand On the Bad One kind of fizzles out around halfway so I don't end up listening to it much anymore. Any other fans of Sleater-Kinney on MB?
