I often forget this is the case, but I'm curious as to what extent it's really true. Short of invading your country like we did to Iraq, are U.S. decisions really
that influential? Urban's post about Mediafire is true, but isn't that more reflective of ridiculous copyright laws from media conglomerates on an international level? It strikes me as something common people are fighting worldwide rather than just stateside. These copyright lawyers are the same in most western countries.
