Sorry that this poll is appearing so late - I`ve had a busy week and some computer problems. But anyway, we still have until Sunday to vote here and stay on program.
As half the nominations are from stp, he still has a special dispensation and is entitled to vote for his one of his own albums if he wants. Anyway, I hope you can all make a choice between these six musical gems :-

OK, it`s been around a long time - in fact it`s been around since before Americana was a commonly used term - but this is still my favourite LK album. He covers a couple of Fahey compositions, but with this album it`s tempting to say that the student has outstripped the master; seven tracks of sparkling, unadorned acoustic guitar and four vocal tracks

Three musicians who can`t decide if they`re a traditional Armenian wedding band, a jazz combo or a rock power trio, so they just put it all together in one album. From what I`ve heard of this album, which I admit is only about half, this is noisier and less traditional than most FAIR club nominations, but it retains just enough roots to be included here I hope.
