I guess. The reality though is that the only part of the country that's really regularly impacted any of the things you mentioned is the gulf coast area, which gets hit hard by hurricanes a lot. Tornadoes happen in the midwest and plains but their impact is usually pretty confined. Earthquakes happen on the west coast but the really bad ones don't happen very often. And volcanoes are extremely rare and only happen in a few isolated parts of the country.
