I actually know what you mean. I tried listening to a couple of their other albums, and they didn't really do anything for me.
Temple of the Morning Star seems to be an anomaly for me at this point. But it's such an amazing anomaly to me.

Of course they're not
grindcore grindcore, but they certainly have a grindcore influence, along with noise rock and sludge. Which makes them better IMO, since, with a few notable exceptions, I've never really liked grindcore.
