So I just realised I kinda jumped into posting without actually introducing myself, but better late than never eh? I'm a big fan of music and football, the name Newkie comes from my support of the quite brilliant Newcastle United. I'm not really musically talented, I had a guitar in the past but I used it mainly to look cool and pretentious....Nah, I tried my hand at it but I prefer just scribbling lyrics down to be honest. Music taste is pretty varied, skate punk probably being my favourite. Few of my favourite bands/artists are The Stranglers, Cream, Disturbed, NOFX, Descendents, The Shins, Norman Cook, Sublime, Rise Against, Nas, Propagandhi, The Kinks, Justice, Gorrilaz and Flogging Molly.
