Ok, so this will be somewhat long...
Circle of Ouroborus are from Finland. Call it post-black metal, but their non-metal touchstone is Joy Division. Melancholy describes them quite well.
Impiety do... something along the lines of black/death or war metal or bestial black metal. Nothing intellectual, but fun & heavy & unique without trying to be so.
PanzerBastard - umm, d-beat bathory/venom black metal? Super fun!
