EMPTY!
NO disc at ALL! I just cursed my luck. I mean, how could I go back months later and say you sold me an empty box? Plus I really wasn't that bothered and like you Pete it didn't cost me enough that it would be worth it to go back. Even if I did, how would I prove it? Plus I think the shop had by then closed down.
Another example of my wonderful luck!

At least you got a box, that's marginally more useful than a scratched DVD, which can only really be used as a coaster, but considering my tables are so old, I don't enforce a coaster rule. Actually I found out that the local CD store can put a new glaze over it for a small fee, so I'll see if they can do that tomorrow or Saturday.
