Andre 3000 is the worst shout ever unfortunately mate. If anything he is overrated.
Aceyalone and the whole Freestyle Fellowship collective are "underrated", as are the likes of Lateef the Truth Speaker, Vast Aire, Chino XL, Saul Williams (as an MC) and Elzhi.
