"Contribute" does not mean posting music. Contribute means joining in conversations with others and discussing various things around the forum.
If you want to know how to "contribute" AND post your music, look at one of our members, Plankton. He chats with people, posts a lot, is friendly and nice to talk to, and he also plays guitar and posts his work in the Songwriting section. He should be your model.
