The blind like lingerie. Look at David Blunkett (UK government minister, blind as a bat and a serial philanderer) I bet he loves lace undies.
Its an assassination when the perpertrator wears a long coat, shades in cloudy weather, has neatly combed hair or cru-cut and carries a suspiciously large bag. When the killer has bad dress sense its murder.
You can shoot them, its just hard to get the right licence.
