I think you would have to take into context that he was a beast in Urban Meyers system and was projected as a big game qb and hes been anything but. There are tons of qbs that have come and gone who can manage games, Smith was supposed to be an All Pro QB. His 63 picks to 81 td's ratio makes me leery also.
