It's mocking the incredibly popular show,
The Big Band Theory. It's probably one of the most popular comedies on television today, but is commonly depicted by its critics as stupid and bland. The horrible photoshopping and grammar is just an internet meme of sorts.
Now see, if I had done that when TH asked I would have saved some time. :p
