Alright I just made a pretty decent chili and it took me like... 30 minutes. Here's what you'll need.
1 16-ounce can of black beans
1 Polish turkey kielbasa sliced in half and then quartered.
1 1/2 cups of vegetable broth
1/2 cup of water
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of chili powder
1 16-ounce jar of thick and chunky salsa
Basically add all these into a sauce pan and bring to a boil, then put a lid on it and let that sh
it simmer for about 20-30 minutes. After you're done you can add some chopped up green onion, cheese, and sour cream to the mix. If you do it correctly it should look like this
