You're really obsessed with the notion that people who like different things than you do have some sort of ulterior motive aren't you? It's very odd. Does it occur to you that maybe the reason there's overlap in who dislikes those albums is that there's things the albums have in common? I'm not familiar with
Good Kid Maad City, but speaking as someone who dislikes both
Channel Orange and
My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy I find both albums somewhat aesthetically similar. It's an aesthetic I don't like so therefore not surprising I wouldn't like one if I didn't like the other.
