There's a long line of really good music having to do with all that, which began way back with the Velvet Underground. Jesus and Mary Chain, Lush, Cocteau Twins, the Chameleons...all really great stuff.

Those three albums you listed are three of my all-time favorites. I love early-90s & shoegaze (specifically those two bands), plus the Stone Roses self-titled is classic (I'm not a big fan of Second Coming though to be honest; never did live up to the self-titled one). I've checked out Lush and Jesus and Mary Chain before, but I'll definitely look into those other two. Thanks.
