The first part was something like "You think you're in America where you can walk around with your lunatic antics" or something to that effect, then the other part was something to the effect of "You're in England, not America, act similar."
Then he followed up with an amendment meant to say that wherever she was from, her behavior wasn't proper, in a manner of speaking.
From what I gathered, she was saying he stepped on her, then she launched into a spiel about how she didn't work for all her money to have "people like him" steal it. Which eventually ended up with her calling him a "smelly Nigerian". Basically, she started off the whole thing with a racist taunt, because he may or may not have stepped on her (if I'm not mistaken). I guess he eventually got fed up at one point when she may or may not have hit him with her bottle, and he teed off.
I'm definitely not condoning either of their behavior.
