Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

This kind of "regression" is only gaining a foothold because these bands create incredibly well crafted and catchy songs. There are plenty of other bands out there doing their own thing...it's not like every rock band is tapping in the 60's and 70's vibe. Personally, I don't see why this kind of music has to be restricted to the 60's. I feel the visions they had for their music at the time were hampered by the technology of the day and now psychedelic music can be fully explored. Just put on a decent pair of headphones and listen to the album...that **** is intricate.
