My laptop crashed for no reason other than hardware malfunction. Sending it off to Toshiba in Britain, the repairs are free because the problem was not my fault, although I have only had the laptop for three ****ing months and had some important software installed on to it like photoshop and autocad. I feel I should be compensated for the inconvenience of having to wait 2 weeks for my laptop and for losing my software.
