Haven't listened to We Were Promised Jetpacks in a while, kinda lost their novelty to me. Also I think Quiet Little Voices was featured in a film, so it may be more well known than you think. After a while, they seemed rather one dimensional to me.

I'll need to get that Joyce Manor album if it's in the same vain as Snowing's album.
I'm not really sure, there isn't a whole lot of information out there on it and the punknews.org review is from late 2011.

I can see how their music could get very same-y--I think that's why their second album didn't seem to gain as much attention.

The Joyce Manor album is fantastic. They might not be quite as true to their emo roots as Snowing, but it doesn't matter...
