I wouldn't freak out over that, it's not very hard. When I was about twelve my uncle had me be his best man at his wedding in Las Vegas and I accepted. My dad was the one who took him on his bachelor party and I stayed at home for that part, but I did do a good speech. I just remembered to be honest in my speech and that's what worked. Then again, it also depends on your audience. Do you know who's going to be there?
