Default Wynter Gordon

I have to admit, I had never heard a whisper about this chiclet until re-invigorating my last.fm account last fall. It recommended me her based on my obsessive listening to Lana del Rey and Porcelain Black. Not sure how she got thrown in but anyways.

It seems she's actually famous for a song called "Dirty Talk." I listened to it but found it utterly revolting (and that's saying a lot, because I listen to even the smelliest piece of ****ty ****). Then I felt that it actually seemed familiar. And then I remembered that I danced to it while completely wasted in Hong Kong.

See for yourself.

You've probably danced drunk to it, too. Or, you would, but you just don't know it yet. Come to one of my costume parties and let's see how long you last!

Anyway, this post is actually about this song, which surprisingly blends ethnic with mainstream. Not something I would have expected after listening to "Dirty Talk." So it seems she has a few different facets, after all. I love artists like that, namely, Ke$ha, who has managed to portray herself as a complete retard, but is actually leagues more intelligent.

Enjoy this tranquil and Africa-language infused song from Wynter. Also, NUDITY!

I would love it if songs like "Stimela" became more mainstream in the coming age.
