This is the only thing I have an issue with. She technically wasn't lying to you. She was acting the way she wanted to act in the gender that she was / wanted to be. In your mind, yes, it does seem like she is lying to you, but in her eyes, she was acting normal and was attracted to the opposite gender. I also don't think it's misleading, I think that's an assumption on your part.
