Everything after Pet Sounds is considered Obscure even the frightening "Smiley Smile" and also the weak R&B attempt "Wild Honey". I now love both of those albums but I remember how painful it was my first time hearing them. (Then I realized why they sounded the way they did after watching the biopic and doing my research on the history of The Beach Boys.)
