Great to see the old fighting spirit at Villa! Few weeks ago we would have drawn or even lost in the last ten minutes, but we kept our shape --- despite a few scares --- and should have had a penalty anyway, still managed to get three beautiful, precious, valuable points. Ain't it great to see your team suddenly ABOVE the relegation line? If only for a while...
Weimann was superb. Benteke could have been better but he did the biz and old campaigner Abonglahor came through for us once again. LOL at Lambert climbing on the back of whoever's number two at Villa when we scored the third goal!
City were ****e: they in no way deserve any chance at the title. They were all over the place, and as for Liverpool, well...
Mind you, Man U were well below par too. Difference is they still won their game.
