Yes, my mistake.
I read the front page with all those very small numbers on it for each band. I did not think to actually go to the voting page.

EDIT at 8PM: OK. I kind of found out about the numbers attached to the bands. I thought they were the actual number of votes. Too-quick reaction, I guess.
